Not an attorney — no legal advice
Taylor's Notary Service is a notary service, not a law firm. Our notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and is not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters (including immigration), or charge a fee for legal services. Nothing on this website is legal advice.
If you need help choosing a document, understanding its effect, or handling a legal problem, consult a qualified attorney licensed in your state.
Notarial services only
We perform notarial acts allowed under applicable state law. We do not guarantee that a document is correct, complete, or acceptable to any government agency, lender, or court. Signers are responsible for the content and sufficiency of their documents.
Identity & signer responsibility
Notaries verify identity according to law and procedure. Providing false identification or signing under duress may be unlawful. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us.
Fees & estimates
Online price estimates are based on the information you enter. Final fees may change if the scope of the appointment changes. Travel over stated mileage limits may require a custom quote.
Website & third parties
This site may link to external resources (such as state notary programs). We do not control third-party sites or services. Use of scheduling or communication tools provided by third parties is subject to their terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor's Notary Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or notarial services, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our liability for a notarial act is governed by applicable state law.
Language & “notario” notice
In the United States, a notary public is not the same as a civil-law “notario.” Do not confuse our services with licensed legal professionals in other countries. We do not use the term “notario publico” to offer services unless otherwise required by law.
Florida advertising guidance for non-attorney notaries is available from the Florida Department of State. Other states impose similar rules when advertising in languages other than English.
